1. Objectives & Scope ▼
Primary Objective: Launch a mobile-optimized, dual-campus website by February 1, 2026.
Scope (Selected Package):
- Information Architecture: Redesign navigation from 16 items to 5 categories. Create "Plan Your Visit" pathway.
- Content Strategy: "Insider-to-Outsider" language audit. Renaming internal ministries for public clarity.
- Photography Strategy: Provision of "Volunteer Shot List" and media guide (Client captures authentic imagery). No stock photos used.
- AI Implementation: Phased rollout. Core internal tools at launch; public AI features (Sermon Explorer) deployed 30-days post-launch.
2. Exclusions & Client Responsibilities ▼
Out of Scope:
- Professional Videography/Photography services.
- Mobile App Development (Native iOS/Android).
- Ongoing Custom Content Creation (Weekly blogs/social posts).
Client Responsibilities:
- Provide Christmas Service photography by Dec 28 (per Guide).
- Provide Ministry Leader bios by Dec 15.
- Approve Wireframes within 2 business days (due to compressed schedule).
3. Payment Schedule (Fast-Track) ▼
Due to the 8-week compressed timeline, the payment schedule is adjusted to ensure resource availability.
4. Terms & Conditions ▼
Warranties: 30-Day Defect Warranty included. Covers all functional bugs and mobile responsiveness issues.
Force Majeure: Neither party liable for delays due to acts of God or internet infrastructure failures.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and member data.
